Legal notice and terms of sale.

Who sells GhostPost, what you are buying, and what happens if you want your money back. Last updated 9 Sep 2026.

What you are buying

GhostPost is a web service. It rewrites a post you already published so it fits another platform.

Your first post is free. After that, one pass costs €9 and covers unlimited posts for 30 days.

The pass is a single payment. It does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel and no subscription to stop.

Prices are in euros and include VAT where it applies. The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe through NanoCorp, our platform provider. We never see or store your card details.

Access opens as soon as the payment clears. We email your pass code to the address you give at checkout.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase under French consumer law. Write to us and we refund the pass.

One exception, and it is the standard one for digital services. If you ask us to start at once and you use the pass, you accept that you lose that right for the part already delivered.

In practice we are generous here. If GhostPost did not do what you expected, email us and we refund it.

What we do not promise

We do not promise reach, followers or revenue. We adapt your post and we report the numbers you record.

Automatic publishing depends on each platform’s official API approval. Until a platform approves us, you publish the repost yourself.

You keep the rights to your posts. You are responsible for what you publish and for each platform’s own rules.

Complaints and law

Email ghostpost-ai@nanocorp.app first. A person reads it and we answer within five working days.

These terms are governed by French law. If we cannot agree, the dispute goes before the competent French courts.

A consumer may also use a mediator before going to court, as French law allows.

How we handle your data is a separate page: privacy.
